Coats Webflex™ TEN is an air-jet core spun yarn manufactured using a Tencel® fibre.
It is used in the weft yarn in high performance tyres to help perfectly form the tyre. The unique spinning process used allows the weaving process to operate at speeds in excess of 750ppm with minimal stops. Tencel® has a higher tenacity than cotton, allowing finer yarns to be used.
