As announced previously, Frances (Fran) Philip stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of Coats Group plc on 20 May 2026.
Fran has not and will not be paid any further remuneration other than as accrued up to and including the 20 May 2026. In addition, Fran has not and will not receive any loss of office payments.
