Coats India recently hosted a vibrant gathering known as "Coats Colors Day 2023" to commemorate their recent Great Place to Work recognition.
This special day celebrated their impressive rankings in India’s Best Companies To Work For – Top 100, Top 25 India’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing 2023, and Top 50 India's Best Workplaces Building a Culture of Innovation by All.
Coats Colors Day transformed multiple locations in India into a joyful family event, centered on Engagement, Carnival, Communication, and Celebration. It created enduring memories, fun, laughter, and stronger connections among Coats' employees and their families.
What made this event unique was its inclusivity, offering something for all age groups. Activities ranged from an exciting mini carnival with games and rides for kids to team-building exercises and sports competitions for adults, live music, dance performances, and a talent competition showcased the hidden talents of employees and their families on a dedicated stage.
Beyond the entertainment, the essence of the day was the chance for employees and families to bond in a relaxed atmosphere, fostering the sense of community. The "Coats for All" initiative underscores Coats' commitment to safety, well-being, fairness, equality, diversity, and opportunity for employees, families, and the wider community.
