Coats Spiral Zips are manufactured using the unique ‘S’-technology, the core of which is in only one weaving operation where high quality fibres are interwoven whilst inserting the spiral. This allows for a smaller slider, because the spiral lies flat on the textile tape and increases the strength of the zip.

HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS
Polymer-Spiralreißverschlüsse werden normalerweise aus Polyester oder Polyamid (Nylon) hergestellt. Bei der Verwendung einer Endloskette auf Rollen in der regulären Bekleidungsproduktion (in der Regel Herrenhosen) wäre eine Polyamidspirale die bessere Wahl, da sie die Eigenschaft einer hohen Elastizität hat, die benötigt wird, um die beiden oberen Enden eines Reißverschlusses gleichmäßig zu machen. Reißverschlüsse mit einer Polyesterspirale sind besser für Hersteller geeignet, die konfektionierte oder zugeschnittene Reißverschlüsse verwenden.
