SORUMLULUK REDDİ BEYANI

Dikilmekte olan kumaşın tipi ve ağırlığı

Son yıllarda, mayo üretiminde daha hafif kumaşlar kullanılmaya başladı. Bu durum, daha ince dikiş ipliklerinin tercih edilmesine yol açtı. Önceden mayoların yük taşıyan dikişleri Tex 40 ile dikiliyordu. Daha sonra Tex 35 kullanılmaya başladı. Günümüzde ise Tex 30 yaygın olarak kullanıyor.

Bazı mayo üreticileri hâlâ Tex 30'dan biraz daha kalın dikiş ipliklerini tercih etmektedir. Bu durumda, yukarıdaki tabloda yer alan Epic Tex 30 yerine Epic Tex 35'i öneriyoruz.

Mayolar gibi esnekliği yüksek giysilerde yeterli dikiş sıklığının olması son derece önemlidir. Dikiş ipliğini fazla gerdirmeden, gereken dikiş uzamasının elde edilebilmesi için dikişte yeterince dikiş ipliği olmalıdır.

Örme giysilerin dikilmesi sırasında iğnenin kumaşa zarar vermesini önlemek için genellikle yuvarlak uçlu iğneler önerilir.

Mayoların elastik olması için 503 dikiş tipinin kullanılması önerilir. Bu dikiş tipi, 504 dikiş tipinden çok daha fazla avantaj sağlar. Bu avantajlar şunlardır:

Daha yüksek dikiş uzaması değerleri (özellikle önerildiği gibi her iki iplikte de Gramax Tex 18 kullanılırsa).
Daha az dikiş ipliği tüketimi ve sonuç olarak daha düşük dikiş maliyeti.
Daha ince dikişler ve sonuç olarak daha fazla rahatlık.

Mayolardaki reçmelerde aşağıdaki dikiş adımı tipleri kullanılabilir:

406 - İki iğne reçme
607 - Flatseam, Karyokalı dört iğne reçme

607 Flatseam dikiş tipi kullanılırken üst dikiş için Epic Tex 30 ya da 35 dikiş ipinin kullanılması önerilir. Ürün kullanılırken bu dikiş ipliği şiddetli sürtünmeye maruz kalabilir, bu nedenle bu ürün sıklıkla kullanılır.

Yukarıdaki dikiş ipliği önerileri, kaliteli dikişlere sahip giysilerin üretilmesine yardımcı olmak amacıyla verilmiştir. Aynı cins giysiler kumaş malzemesi ve yapısı bakımından farklılık gösterir. Benzer şekilde, üretim yöntemleri ve üretim sonrası işlemler de büyük ölçüde değişiklik gösterebilir. Bu nedenle, bu öneriler, dikiş ipliği seçimi için sadece iyi bir başlangıç noktası olarak görülmelidir.
