Coats Signal™ C522 50F combines retroreflective and fluorescent elements to enhance visibility in all light conditions—daytime, nighttime, or low light.
It consists of fluorescent yellow and high-performance glass-bead-based silver sections laminated onto a durable flame-retardant polymer layer. A heat-reactive adhesive is applied on the reverse side for secure and lasting application. The tape features an innovative segmented design with silver and fluorescent yellow segments arranged horizontally and diagonally providing maximum flexibility and a unique look.
The tape features evenly divided silver and fluorescent yellow areas, diagonally segmented into 6.7 mm-wide sections with a 1 mm horizontal gap between each shade. A protective liner covers both the reflective and adhesive surfaces.
In daylight, the tape appears fluorescent yellow and silver, while under illumination, the reflective areas appear bright white.
Coats Signal™ C522 50F meets the heat resistance and limited flame spread requirements according to EN 469, EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 11612, EN ISO 14116, EN ISO 15384, and EN ISO 20471 for high visibility. It is also certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Product Class II.
