We offer a selection of threads, including bonded nylon and bonded polyester, suitable for hot air balloons.

Our bonded polyester uses unique bonding technology that safeguards against ply untwisting in zigzag sewing and can sew through multiple layers of heavily finished fabric. Our high tenacity bonded nylon 6.6 thread has outstanding strength and durability as well.

We supplied the thread for the Global Challenger Balloon, the first balloon to circumnavigate the globe.
