Quality

One of our fundamental pillars is Quality. At GOTEX, we have implemented a management system for quality based on the international standard EN- ISO 9001, which we are certified with DEKRA. This covers all system procedures; key processes, strategic processes and support processes. This demonstrates that we are working with absolute quality and continuous improvements. Continuing on with this philosophy, at GOTEX we have a well-defined quality policy.

Compliance

Our company has implemented a management system for compliance based on the standard UNE-19601:2017, which homogenises the Crime Prevention Models in Spain according to GOTEX requirements. Our policy reflects our high dedication and permanent commitment to the development of our company. We demonstrate professional ethics and legal compliance with the legislation currently in force. Data Protection

At GOTEX we have complied with the new data protection regulations, based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27th April 2016. This is in regards to the protection of our customers in the processing of their personal data and the circulation of data held.
