Plastic molded zips with individual coupling members

Opti P are zips with plastic moulded teeth produced by pressure casting each separate tooth directly on the woven and dyed textile tape.

The teeth are injected at defined intervals, depending on their size.

Disclaimer

The additives used for coloring our plastic zips will meet the usual UV requirements.

Special additives are used to meet 500hrs (21 Day test), where specifically requested. These are used in applications such as exposed automotive (cabriolet car covers), trampoline netting zips, tents and awnings.

Prior to bulk production, Coats Opti recommends that tests and trials are carried out on all zip uses/applications in order to verify that the product meets end customer requirements and the demands of internal processing conditions.
