This work has been pivotal to advancing our waste reduction throughout 2021, and has required a cross functional collaborative approach, involving our Commercial, Manufacturing, Warehouse and Procurement teams. Clear communication with our customers has been fundamental to the implementation of this project so as to maintain our customer experience despite the changes made. Therefore we have worked closely with our customers at multiple stages within the process, to ensure they are informed and given the opportunity to provide feedback where necessary, particularly with regards to recycled one colour supports. This has helped us to work with our Vendors to develop a design of packaging that matches the level of quality required by customers.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
