Coats has been recognised as one of the World’s Best Workplaces\u2122 in 2023<\/p>\n

Great Place to Work\u00ae recognised the World’s Best Workplaces\u2122 in 2023 by analysing surveys comprising 14+ million employee opinions globally. The publication also looks at the scope and impact of a firm\u2019s workplace programmes.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s an immensely proud moment for us to be recognised as one of the \u201cWorld’s Best Workplaces\u2122\u201d in 2023 by Fortune and Great Place to Work\u00ae and be included on the prestigious list among the very best.\u00a0Top 25 World’s Best Workplaces 2023<\/a>.<\/p>\n

To be considered for World’s Best Workplaces\u2122 2023 recognition, firms must be identified as outstanding global employers by appearing on at least five Best Workplaces lists in Europe, Asia, North America, Africa, Latin America, or Australia in the year 2022 or early 2023.<\/p>\n

In addition to this, firms must have at least 5,000 employees globally with at least 40% (or 5,000) of these employees based outside the headquartered country.\u202fOnly a few firms manage to get this recognition – those who truly care about their employees and foster a great work environment.<\/p>\n

In Diversity, we are very strong whether it is nationality, ethnicity, age etc. and we are working towards women’s representation in senior leadership positions.<\/p>\n
