CoatsKnit Cool
Drawn texturised filament yarn for knitting
In order to create this yarn, minerals are added to the polymer chips which leads to longlasting effects such as a refreshing handfeel and adds high resistance to the finish (can’t wash off the cool-effect).
The basic product is a PA6 (Polyamide / Nylon 6) in DTY (Drawn Textured Filament Yarns). Properties are similar to normal DTY. These yarns can be dyed as with Standard DTY products to the Coats colour shade range.
